We accept Cash or certified funds. We will not accept personal checks. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!!
Visa, MasterCard and Discovery is accepted, however; a 7% fee is assessed. All bids are subject to final approval at the end of each auction. Deposits and payments cannot be taken until the end of the auction when the bid has been approved. If you wish to pay in full the day of the auction the lot can be removed that day. When paying by credit card, a three day wait must occur before lots can be removed. A minimum deposit of 25% is required on all lots.
The balance is due the following Monday at our main office. Paperwork for titles will be available the following week at our main office located at 4020 Somers Dr. Burton, MI 48529. If you wish to have the paperwork mailed to you there is a $20.00 mailing fee. Please know what your banks hours of operation are for Fridays so you can make the appropriate arrangements to pay your deposit.
We generally are at the storage facility until 1:00 pm on the day of the auction for pickup and the following Mon. from 10:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00. Any other pickup time will need to be arranged with the appropriate deputy.
Notice: Items displayed on this page may not be available at time of auction due to bankruptcy filings. Due to the type of property seizures these are we do not have the budget to provided lot lists, restroom facilities, or any other accomodations not pertaining to the sale of personal property.
